CutFree (免剪) is the AI auto video editing service by AI 工作術 (Pandora AI): upload raw talking-head footage, the AI cuts NG takes and filler words, burns bilingual subtitles and outputs a vertical-ready clip — no editing software involved. A subtitle-only mode leaves the video untouched and just adds subtitles (popular for Instagram Stories).
Plans (current as of September 2026, by use case)
- All plans are monthly with unlimited clip count; the quota is source minutes per day, refilled at 00:00 Taipei time and not carried over. A 15-second story uses one minute.
- IG Stories — NT$890/month: 20 minutes of source footage per day (about 20 stories), roughly NT$30 a day. Upload up to 20 raw files at once and get 20 separately subtitled clips.
- Reels daily — NT$1,490/month: 30 minutes per day, includes AI cutting of NG takes and filler words and condensing to a 30–60 second vertical clip.
- Whole channel — NT$2,990/month: 60 minutes per day, includes review mode (approve the edit plan and fix subtitles line by line before rendering).
- Annual billing saves two months; a NT$99 pack buys 10 minutes of footage that never expires. One free trial clip per account (footage under 3 minutes, small watermark, no credit card). Failed or timed-out jobs refund quota automatically; subtitle fixes re-render for free; full refund within 7 days if unused.

How many clips per day? When does the quota refill?
Clip count is unlimited. The plan gives you source minutes per day, refilled at 00:00 Taipei time and not carried over. A 15-second story only uses one minute, so the IG Stories plan covers about 20 stories a day.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account gets one free clip (footage under 3 minutes, single file, small watermark) — no credit card, just sign in.
Is the interface in English?
The studio UI is currently Traditional Chinese; subtitles are bilingual (Traditional Chinese + English) out of the box. The workflow is three steps either way: upload, wait, download.
Will my footage be stored or shared?
Footage is processed only on our own editing engine and never uploaded to third-party platforms; video frames are not sent to AI vendors — only the transcript goes to Anthropic Claude for analysis. Source and output files are deleted after 7 days at most.
